All prices based on two sharing. Additional guests are £25 per night and children under 6 free. If your package includes dinner, this includes an allowance towards dinner of £45 per person.
We allow dogs to stay in three of our bedrooms (three ground floor hen rooms) at a small charge of £10 per night. There is a limit of one dog per room. Dogs are allowed to join you for meals in the conservatory and garden. Only assistance dogs are allowed in the restaurants and lounge.
Should you have to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Hotel bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 7 days prior to arrival with no charge. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given then a charge of 75% of the bed and breakfast value of your stay will be made. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the check in time of your stay then a charge for the full stay will be made. If we are able to relet the room, some or all of your cancellation charge will be refunded depending on how much we have let the room for. We would encourage guests to seek travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation charges. If we are forced to close the hotel due to COVID-19 bookings can be transferred or cancelled at no charge.
For bookings of 6 or more rooms a deposit of £50 per room per night will be taken with the balance due on departure. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations less than one month before the date of arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the invoice value.
For bookings at Christmas and New Year we ask for an initial deposit of £100 per person when booking followed by 50% of the total booking value payable on 1st October. Cancellations within 6 weeks of the day of arrival will be charged in full unless we can relet the room
