We are offering a range of crafts from some of our favourite crafts people in 2024. Choose from the range below, or if you love to craft, you may want to consider our Christmas Craft Retreat.
Afternoon Tea
When you have finished your craft for the day, our delicious traditional afternoon tea will be served. Please let us know when booking of any dietary requirements. We can cater to almost all dietary requirements, and will let you know if we cannot meet your needs.
Living Wreath with Wye Valley Flowers
Join Jo from Wye Valley Flowers to create a living wreath for your front door with local foliage and spring bulbs. Enjoy learning a new skill in a relaxed atmosphere, as we celebrate the start of the new season.

Design Your Own Plant Pots with Sian
Join Sian from Sian Burns Art to decorate your own terracotta pot. Sian has worked as an art teacher for 35 years and recently gained her MA in Arts Health & Wellbeing. She believes in the therapeutic benefits of art and how you can use this in your healing process. Expect a very calm and creative atmosphere.

Enamelling with Katie Sanderson
This beginner-friendly workshop will introduce you to the ancient craft of enamelling on copper. Make your own kiln fired enamelled pendant or picture. You will finish and fire these on the day so that you can take them home with you that same day.

Textile Landscapes with Sew Forest of Dean
Come along for a fun session with Jen from Sew Forest of Dean who will guide you through making your own textile landscape picture. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners, Jen will provide everything you need including the frame to mount your beautiful artwork. Sewing machines and all fabrics will be provided too, so a wonderful opportunity to just come along and play!

Lino Printing with Sian Burns Art
Sian from Sian Burns Art is an art teacher who has graduated in an MA in Arts Health and Wellbeing. Sian will be taking you through lino printing, a technique where you will carve your unique printing block to produce a beautiful print of bees, butterflies or beetles.

Felting with MadeByMoDecor
Join Mo for a 3d needle felting workshop. Mo will guide you through the whole process of how to construct a beautiful owl. The owl you make will be approximately 6″ tall and set on a beautiful piece of hardwood. It will make a perfect ornament to enjoy.

Coaster Making with Black Cat Glass Design
Join Becci from Black Cat Glass Design to make your own personalised set of four glass coasters.
Becci will take the finished coaster to fire in her studio and they will be available to collect from the hotel 7 days after the workshop. Alternatively they can be posted for an additional £10 charge.
