Chocolate Brownie Recipe
400g 54% dark chocolate
300g Netherend Farm butter
12oz soft dark brown sugar
8oz Shipton Mill plain flour
8oz white chocolate chunks
6 Pope Farm eggs
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons coffee (dissolved in a little bit of water)
- Melt chocolate and butter together
- Whisk eggs & sugar until doubled in volume and light in colour
- Fold chocolate mix and egg mix together
- Fold in remaining ingredients
- Cook at 150c for 30 minutes
- Allow to cool before portioning
