We are constantly on the lookout for new and interesting suppliers. Carte Blanche wines are our latest discovery. Working with small independent producers from France and Spain, they seek out those producers that work sustainably and with respect for the environment. Our latest wine list features a selection of amazing, fresh and drinkable biodynamic wines for you to try by the bottle and glass. Our new additions from Carte Blanche include these lovelies:

Clos de Dia Garnacha Blanca 2020
 Spain, Catalonia – lovely vibrant white with a golden hue, refreshing and fresh with a long finish.

Carte Blanche Picpoul de Pinet (Domaine de Castelnau) 2020
 France, Languedoc – a traditional regional grape combined with modern wine making. Light and crisp, a perfect aperitif.

Albariňo Saras 2018
 Spain, Galacia – Spain’s finest native white grape. Lovely floral notes with a distinctive salty/savoury after taste.

Viognier Domaine Muret 2019
 France, Languedoc – Aromatic, peachy and mouth-watering. A wonderful example of thisdifficult grape variety.

Camille Braun Sylvaner Nature 2019
 France, Alsace – Off-dry with acidity to balance the slight sweetness. Ripe orchard fruit and baked apple with an edge of caramel. Biodynamic, natural and organic.

Carballal Can do Sil 2019
 Spain, Galicia – a beautiful example of natural winemaking, this is bright and juicy, unoaked and highly drinkable!

Rioja 4 Elementos Fuego Tradicion 2016
 Spain –Graciano, Tempranillo, Viura. Graciano and Viura,fresh, juicy red with bright ruby notes of raspberry and licquorice. Great to drink on its own or with food.

Pas de L’Escallette, Petit Pas Rouge 2019
 France, Languedoc – classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan.Grown at altitude this has a zippy freshness makes for a perfect summer tipple.

Clos Puy Arnaud, Cuvée Pervenche 2017
 France, Côtes de Bordeaux – classic blend of Merlot and Cabinet Sauvignon. Organically and biodynamically produced
